Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

This policy explains what Disradar collects, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do. We collect as little as we can: there are no ads, no analytics scripts and no tracking cookies on Disradar.

Disradar is responsible for the data described here. Contact: privacy@disradar.com.

1. Information about Discord servers

For each listed server we store what Discord makes public through its invite and server endpoints: server ID, invite code, name, description, icon, banner, Discord features (such as Partner or Verified), boosts, NSFW level, and approximate member and online counts. We check servers regularly and keep every check — the time, member count, online count and boosts — together with daily totals. This history is kept indefinitely: it powers the charts on server pages and the statistics we provide. Server information is about communities, not individuals; we don’t collect member lists or messages.

2. When you visit the site

3. When you add a server

When you submit an invite, we store the invite, the server it belongs to, the time, the result, and your IP address to prevent abuse. The IP address is deleted from these records after 90 days; the rest is kept as the history of the listing.

4. When you sign in or add the bot

5. Cookies

Disradar sets only cookies that are needed for features you ask for:

CookiePurposeLifetime
dr_sesskeeps you signed in to My servers30 days or until you sign out
dr_login, dr_stateprotect the sign-in and bot setup against forged requests15 minutes

Because they are strictly necessary, we don’t ask for consent and there is no cookie banner.

6. Why we use it

We process this information to run the directory and its features (performance of our service to you), to protect the site and its users from abuse (our legitimate interest in security), and to publish statistics about public Discord communities (our legitimate interest in operating an activity-based directory). We don’t sell personal data and don’t use it for advertising.

7. Where it is stored

Disradar runs on our own server in Frankfurt, Germany. Email we send leaves through our relay server in Helsinki, Finland. Our hosting provider supplies the servers and network but does not access the data. We share data only with Discord, as needed to sign you in, run the bot and check servers, or when the law requires it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU and UK GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to privacy@disradar.com with your Discord user ID and what you want; we may ask you to confirm the request from your Discord account. You can also complain to your data-protection authority.

Server owners can hide their listing at any time from My servers, or ask us to remove it.

9. Children

Disradar is not meant for children under 13, which is also Discord’s minimum age. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

When we change what we collect or how long we keep it, we update this page and the date at the top.
