These terms apply when you use disradar.com, add a server, sign in, or add the Disradar bot to a Discord server.
By using Disradar you accept them.
1. The service
Disradar is a free directory of public Discord servers. It shows information Discord makes available about each server —
name, description, icon, banner, member and online counts — and statistics we collect by checking servers regularly.
Disradar is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Discord Inc. “Discord” is a trademark of Discord Inc.
2. Who can use it
You must be old enough to use Discord in your country (at least 13) and follow Discord’s terms when you use Disradar.
If you sign in or add the bot on behalf of a community, you confirm you have the right to manage that server.
3. Listings
Servers are listed when their owner adds them, or when we find a public invite on the open web. Every listed server must follow our
Guidelines.
If you add a server, you confirm that its content and the information Discord shows about it may be published, and you allow us to
display that information, its icon and banner, and the statistics we collect about it on Disradar and in services built on Disradar data.
Owners can hide their listing at any time from My servers or by writing to us. We may hide or remove any listing,
or refuse one, at our discretion — for example for breaking the Guidelines or when its invite stops working.
Rankings, counts and categories are produced automatically and may be incomplete or out of date. We don’t guarantee any position,
traffic or number of new members.
4. The Disradar bot
The bot asks only for the permission to create invites. When you add it, it creates one invite that never expires for the listing and
reads your server’s public information and member and online counts. It does not read messages, member lists or voice activity.
You can remove the bot at any time in Discord; the listing then keeps working through its invite until that invite stops working.
5. Signing in
Signing in uses your Discord account. Keep your Discord account secure: anyone who can sign in as you can change your listings.
We may end sessions or block access to protect the service.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Disradar. In particular, don’t:
send automated or bulk requests to the site, the Join links, the forms or the sign-in, or try to inflate statistics;
try to access listings, dashboards or data you’re not allowed to;
interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission, or get around limits we set;
use Disradar to break the law or anyone’s rights.
7. Content and data
Server names, descriptions, icons and banners belong to their owners. The design, code and the statistics compiled by Disradar
belong to Disradar. You may link to Disradar pages and embed the badges we provide. Reusing our data at scale needs our written permission.
8. Paid features
Disradar is free. If we offer paid features later, they will come with their own terms, shown before you pay.
9. No warranty
Disradar is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise that it will always be available or error-free, or that the
servers listed are safe, active or appropriate for you. Joining a Discord server is your decision; what happens inside it is the
responsibility of that server and of Discord.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Disradar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, or for anything
that happens in Discord servers listed here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including your rights
as a consumer.
11. Changes and ending
We may change Disradar or these terms. For significant changes we will update the date above and, where it matters, announce it
on the site. You can stop using Disradar at any time: hide your listings, remove the bot and sign out. We may suspend or end access for
anyone who breaks these terms.
